Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please carefully check all delivery details before completing your purchase.
Customers are also responsible for receiving and accepting delivery at the address provided.
If you choose to redirect your parcel to another delivery address or collection point, you are solely responsible for collecting the parcel within the required collection period.
Failed Deliveries
MesoWorld cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Refused deliveries.

Missed courier delivery attempts.

Parcels not collected from collection points.

Parcels redirected by the customer and not collected.

Any delay or failure caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

The products available through MesoWorld are intended for professional use.
Due to hygiene, safety, storage, and quality control requirements, products that have left our premises cannot be returned unless they meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
